CLX is back in 2024!
The weekend of August 10 and 11, 2024, the Cayuga Outrigger Canoe Club is proud to host the third annual Cayuga Lake Crossing. Launching from last year’s venue, Taughannock Falls State Park in Trumansburg, New York, CLX 2024 is two days of paddling fun and racing on Cayuga Lake. Events include six-person, one-person, and two-person outrigger canoe (OC6, OC1 and OC2) races at several distances.

OC6
Our OC6 races feature two courses at different distances: 12 miles (for Open and Women’s race) and 9 miles (for the Mixed race). All races are part of the 2024 ECORA OC6 Point Series.
OC1
Our small boat race course allows racers to choose between two races. The 9-mile race is part of the 2024 ECORA OC1 & OC2 Point Series. The shorter, 6.5 mile race is for paddlers who want a taste of racing on the waters of Cayuga Lake!
